Both are with an SM58 upclose, with little regard for trying get them to sound good besides putting them in an alright looking spot. Will be doing drums within the next couple of days (whilst trying to make them sound this time).

I heard these before they were mainstream.

Totally so five minutes ago.

I guess they are OK, if you are into that sort of thing.

The first album was way better.

They were better with the original lineup.

Sounds like electric guitars to me? :idk: The tapping thing specifically was nifty. What amp & sitar?

It is all my '72 reissue Tele with da Wideranges in it. The tapping bit was middle position (my favorite for clean/mid gain stuff) and the angry riffs were bridge pickup as the middle position is not quite bite-y or distorted enough by itself for that sort of sound. Amp was shitty shit Fender 150 combo that Kaleb repurposed the emblem to say "PV 5150", forming the P & V with broke bits of the "FENDER" spaghetti logo and a sharpie to add another '5'.

SM58/57s

I'm gonna keep it real simple like that for awhile, I was thinking. Get used and comfortable to a real simple set and then be able to more greatly appreciate something like a room or tom mic(s).
