Brings to my mind the earlier days when Voltaire was writing such things. A combination of joy and propulsion, without any flavors of meanness.
Could also work well as the soundtrack to the video game: Satanic Mechanic.
In which the player is tasked with repairing a never-ending chain of broken automobiles with a variety of incantations and sacrifices.
The visual aesthetic would be that of a game like Paperboy. Or, ooh, even better, of one of those games where you build cupcakes or something:
