Continuing in the Garda tradition of Strange Working Titles.

Guitars are Tele --> MSD Silvermachine wah --> inyourface --> LeXTaC --> Recabinet
Bass is Jazz --> Sansamp Bass Driver --> inyourface --> Ampeg SVX
Synths are Sylenth, Absynth and Kontakt. (The panning bass drum thing in the bridge is Damage.)
Drums are Analogue Drums Kingpin in Kontakt. These are raw samples, so I set it up for multiple mono outs and treated it like a real drum kit. I'm really liking this library a lot for writing porpoises, as it bears a fair resemblance to my drummer's kit.

Snare 'verb is an impulse of an AMS RMX16. (One of the non-linear presets.) Sooo '80s. But still awesome. Bass in the heavy parts has an additional track feeding a modeled Rat pedal in POD Farm.

Still a rough version; I have no idea what the keyboards really are besides the main line, so I consulted a couple prior rehearsal recordings and, er, made shit up. :red: In my defense, I don't think Chris-From-The-Band really knows what they are either yet. Same deal with the bass. Arrangement is something the drummer and I wrote out on a piece of scrap paper last night after everyone else left.

This will probably get more interesting once it's done.

Interested to see where it winds up. Nothing really pops out to me at this stage, and i think it may be a combination of the generally high quality sounds, and the not-yet-a-song nature of the parts. :idk:

The funky bluesy guitar is the overtly sexy behaviour of the tranny. The mysterious synths are us wondering what's in thier pants. :mexican:

:dildo:

That's a better explanation than "something random my bassist blurted out".

We'll see where this winds up when the band actually takes another stab at it. The keyboards really need to be fleshed out, I think, and I don't know what (if anything) is going on guitar-wise during the... bridges? Breakdowns? (In the non -core sense.)
