So we did a ghetto 6 mic demo recording last week. Did a little mix and tinker with it tonight - nothing too involved, just eq and a bit of compression/limiting where it was needed. The set up was pretty simple:

Guitar - SM58
Bass - DI
Kick - D112
Snare - some clip on or other
OH - SE2A
Vox - EV N/D767a on the PA cab (lol)
DAW/Interface - Saffire pro40 and reaper

I used my DT700 and a '74 Laney Klipp with a Tech21 XXL

Didn't bother squeezing the master bus or doing a pseudo master as it was more effort than was really required as we only did it to get something to edit the tracks into their final version for when we record properly and we were probably drunk by the time we got around to recording this track. Anyway this is just to show that we do actually do stuff occasionally
