Something like eight gig for the version I have.
Just for a single instrument, it's a bit much, but fuckit, this is one of my main instruments, so... No EQ, as well, though I get the "a bit dark" thing. I prefer it to the unrealistically bright pianos I hear on things. Especially as it's an upright, it sounds like, well, a good upright. Even if I have to slam on the controller to get any level out of the thing at all.
My Alesis for some reason just doesn't want to get along with the MIDI in on my inyourface. Perhaps because I've had it for like 18 years?
I am fond of the actual mechanical sounds of it being a piano. I would totally use this on a record. No one would ever know in a mix. It's hard to tell solo. Especially with a better controller that actually responded properly. I have no idea how they miced this thing up, but it's all there, down to the releases of the keys.
