The Road To Hell Is Paved With Screaming Children. (And That Should Have Been A Pretty Obvious Sign, Right?)

Very rockin power poppin on these last two. What's your guity rig on these?

Your soundcloud always leads me to your pal's track "I Am The Sea", which also fucking rocks.

Yeah, i don't know why. Maybe because that dude is the only person i actually seem to be following? I don't remember following him either, but yeah that is my friend chris. I wonder if it has something to do also with i think he pays for the soundcloud pro/whatever jazz?

I don't want to unfollow him because he is a friend of mine, but it does the same thing to me when i am trying to listen to my own shit, also, which can make me nuts. :cop:

It is a solid track tho, very Ride-influenced.

For these two, the amp was my regular old homemade mess, through a creamback celestion. Guitar on the road to hell is my Lowestang(made of 2x8 lumber from lowes, arranged like a mustang, vintagey style hondo II strat pickups).

The pendulum(equilibrium postion etc) one is the olde Mustaguar for most of it, Vintage Modified squier Jazzmaster for some rando bits throughout.

Big difference between the two is that the road to hell was real low volume, so when i went to mix, the guitars were super weird and harsh and high-endy so i had to eq it kinda hard to get it to act slightly less weird. The creamback is pretty solid low volume, but it much prefers a bit more if it can get it, so the second one is recorded louder, and gets the typical no EQ at all.

Running an E609 hanging down the front of the cab, just off of center. I really love that for its simplicity. I am cool with the sound it makes, and i LOVE not having to leave a mic stand set up in this room all the time.
