Three Days At The Noodle Bar.

Rough-ass rehearsal room demo. Bounced down quickly and not mixed in any real sort of way, so the levels are all wonky. We are pretty fond of it though. Not having a drummer these days has changed our writing and led things in some unexpected directions.

Everyone who was physically in the room to hear it, band members and otherwise, has said "Portishead". :lol:

The Mellotron is a Roland Fantom X rack unit. Chris dicked with the patch a bit to get pitch bend on aftertouch.

Synths are pretty much all Fantom except the thing behind the piano, which is a plugin in Pro Tools doing some combination of sample-and-hold, bitcrushing and what sounds like a ring mod to me. Drums I think are all Toontrack Electronic EZX except for the '80s verbsnare that comes in toward the end.
