What is the setup?

How are you powering the pedals?

It sounds like a switching power supply buzz to me.

Its not the pedals or cables. Thats how it sounds when Im just straight into the amp. Ive tried 3 different guitars out as well.

Im going guitar > od9 > amp with g maj in fx loop but when its just amp to guitar, its like that as well.

Does the JSX have a ground switch on the back? See if it does anything for you.

Also, are your outlets all properly grounded, 3-prong?

It may be a tube issue also, none of them are visibly redplating or anything, are they? They may be too far out of spec with each other.

Though, the buzz sounds more like a switchmode power supply to me than it sounds like normal amp hum. :idk:

You aren't resting your computer or hard drive on the amp or speaker cab are you? Or anywhere really close to any of the signal to and from the amp?

It has a gnd polarity switch.... Its centered right now and I can either switch it to something that is labeled " + " or " - " .......

Havnt checked the tubes yet.

My comp / hard drive are far away from my amp and cab.

Hopefully you will get lucky with the polarity switch, see if any of the three positions make it any better.

Also. You could try a different outlet in the house, one that is on a different circuit breaker, and see if the situation is the same.

Otherwise, i think maybe you will want to start swapping tubes one at a time and see if you can find a trouble one. :idk:

My Twin made the exact same noise when I blew a tube socket in it like a year ago. Since 3 tubes can't bias properly, that noise is the result. Could more likely be a bad cable or ground loop noise, though.
