There are parts in this song that have group vocals. I was hoping I could get a bunch of you to record a little vocal chunk, and I could mash them all together into a big gang vocal. It'd be the 'boom boom, acka lacka lacka boom... boom boom, acka lacka boom boom!'

You only really have to record yourself going through those two phrases once, and I can copy pasta it into shape. Of course it's preferable if you do the whole batch...

There is my progress so far. Obviously it still has the original under. I also intend to do some autowah type guitar to mimic the horn lines, and record some solo.

If you want to set your click it's... 115.4 bpm. :red:



The Avant snare mic is pretty cool for guitar... much raunch. It am Splawn Quick Rod, no boost.

I'm still fighting back my sinuses but I think I can make it through at least one pass without coughing.

I've camped out there more than a few times.

It is more of a wintertime thing though. In the summertime, the condos that are still vacant by then end of the night are not any condos I am trying to sleep in.

I'll get to test out my interface -> this laptop then!

It handles Reaper and turns on, so it is already looking good :D
