Geoff and Cam provided the brutality, I provided the industrial remix of the brutality.

Fun stuff involved: SoundToys Decapitator channel strip, SoundToys EchoBoy delay, Absynth 4, Absynth Twilights, Kore player, Audio Damage Buffer Override, Massey Tapehead, Line 6 Gearbox, Logic's ES mono synth, ESX 24 sampler, Ultrabeat drum machine, SD2.0, samples of a Mellotron and didgeridoo. IIRC Geoff's guitar rig for this was the Quckrod into the Genz-Benz cab?

Among other things.

Im on here arnt I? It works cocknigger. Sendspace for some reason has popup adware shit and this one god damn pop up always comes up. It can never be rid of without shutting down the browser..... You have just explained to us why your browser doesn't work.

Soundclick is not for file transferring... it's for streaming audio with a bunch of mp3 compression. You have the option of allowing people to download the track, but no matter what grade the mp3 was it will download as 128kbps. With Sendspace we download exactly what was put up for download.

So why don't you switch to Google Chrome or Firefox so you can avoid ads like people who know how to use their computers, and quit bitching? :smoke:

This. I started using it for hosting .mp3s so I could send them at 320kbps, unlike Soundclick which... yes, I'm a snob, but I hate aliasing on cymbals and 128kbps eats my reverb tails for breakfast, brunch, lunch, high tea, dinner and a midnight snack. :wall:

Mr. Geoff, shall we spam this throughout the rest of the intarwebs? Or at least HCAF and Mr. Sneap's forum? And maybe Rig Talk.

If you are going to spread it around, you should probably fill in the id3 tags for it, and possibly name the file as you wish it to be referred. :idk:

Otherwise folks download it, and then forget what the fuck it is when they find it on their HDD months later. :idea:

Anything that you are going to let folks download a hard copy of, IMO, should have all that shizz filled in. That way, if someone likes it, you are far more likely to reap some benefit from it, as the sound's known author.

If you just tag it obscurely or incompletely, it doesn't do you much good to spread it about. People's memories are not that good over time for random shit they download throughout the day. The next thing you know, the tune pops up on some free compilation/dance mix: "Author Unknown". :cop:

Yeah, i do that all the time. Once you get to like v5 or v6 of a mix, you start to get tired of typing the same shit in over and over again. :red:
