I haven't actually spoken about it to him outside this thread, but I'd assume he has dibs on it, as it were, and it would be unethical of me to sell it out from under him if he still wants it. He's someone I know and like versus Some Random Guy Who Never Came Through With The Cash. So it's his to claim or pass up.

That being said, shipping within the mainland of The States would be roughly $30 USD, so it would be whatever the actual shipping costs would be on top of that. I've shipped a lot of things to Europe (one of my exes was very active on the Black Phoenix forum and I used to send lots and lots of fragile little bottles of perfume over there for her ) but a bass is not one of them, so I couldn't guess off the top of my head. I don't expect it would be unreasonable; most of my old rack gear wound up on the other side of the pond. I'd suspect the total cost would be about $500 USD, probably a little bit more but not excessively so.

I'm not too fussy about shipping costs. I'll make a rough estimate and eat the cost if it goes over whatever the calculator on their web site says. I've actually refunded people on shipping if it turned out to be less. Also, I ship USPS exclusively these days. They are both the cheapest option and the least likely to break my shit. I've not had a problem with them. I've had stuff damaged by everyone else.
