Actually, I like the bullet quite a bit. I still mixed in a bit of the other three room mics, but barely any. But anyway, this also gave me a reason to play with filters on the track  .So I made this new version: http://soundcloud.com/devin-currie/letmegodrumsfinal I have learned so much by mixing this one drum track it is silly. |

I was gonna ask if you dig the bullet, then I saw that there was a page 2 and yes...  It is a nice addition, something of an alternative to all the sparkly neat sounds in SD2...

Yes it gives SD2 the raw edge I felt it missed. I am glad you suggested that. |

I experimented with NY parallel bus compression thingy. Definitely fattened up the drums but possibly at the risk of being a bit ... boomy? http://soundcloud.com/devin-currie/let-me-go-drums-only Also I am going to rewrite the drum track a bit. Same rhythm but I might move up from a 3-piece set to a four or five. |

But, you have to press the sae button at the bottom to ... uh ... save the track. So I usually end up uploading these tracks two or three times
