This is clearly not the album version- different vocals, no bass guitar, for one. Parts of it sound like the studio version- working mix/writing in the studio sorta deal? I always did love the guitar arrangement on this record though, even if it is a wall of reverb-drenched, trebly murk. There's some cool-ass riffs hidden in there.

Since Youtube has been kind enough to autoplay while I was typing the above and give me 4-track home demos :lol: :

I can't say I've been overwhelmed by Steven Wilson's work post-Porcupine Tree- his homies in Opeth have been doing the retro-prog thing less tediously, IMO. But this is a fine jam.
