I DID NOT fail this semester. Not sure if I mentioned it on here, I know I said something to Cam, but I was seriously worried I was going to get raped at the end of this semester. I was actually challenged as a writer, and had a much bigger and stricter workload than I have ever had to deal with. Now, I didn't do hot at all either. I scraped by with a 3.1 GPA. One A, three Bs and a C+. The C+ pisses me off bigtime, but at least I didn't fail. TIME TO GO BACK TO GETTING HIGH!

Not failing: Pretty Okay. In fact, i rather enjoy not failing quite a bit myself, whenever i can manage to swing it, anyway. |

I hate failing. I come from a family of teachers (both parents [one a doctorate] and 3/4 grandparents [one also a doctorate]) so like, failing in school is not a fucking option. I dreaded breaking the news to mums that I blew it. |

I'll be happy if I pull off a 3.0 + this semester. Pretty sure I'm going to. Traffic engineering is probably the hardest thing to study for.

I'd be more than pleased to finish with a 3.1 this semester I need to get 92 and 100 on finals for two of my courses just to scrape by with a B- in those courses(really high grade scales)...and I haven't even started studying for those two finals yet...one of them is going to be a hard as shit accounting final too

It does. I don't know, I guess I have just had to hold myself up to that kind of standard my whole life. C's were not cool in my family. Also, throughout college I had to get at least a 3.0 every year or I lost my scholarships. If I lost my scholarships, I can't afford college. So anything below a B automatically raises a red flag in my mind. And I think I did way better than C+ work, but fuck that dykey professor. She made us read all these totally aggravating lesbo novels (I know tor is thinking, "but lesbos are awesome!?!?!?!?!" which they are. But these are written by lesbians and just talk about how tough it is being a by-choice single woman writer). Like, seriously some of the most annoying reading I have ever done, I literally punched a novel this semester. So yeah, fuck that bitch. She's just mad because she is an English professor. |
