But bad for the hearing. Chugging low B on the neck pickup with the bass way up and volume way up = the most deafening ass massage ever. |

Next time I have new speakers im going to record them just out of the box... break them in and record them again to see the difference |

My down-tuned Talman's neck pick up with my Big Muff would be a speaker breaking machine. |

Jam a bass through 'em. Or loud clean tones, 'cause of the spiky transients. I think I once used Skinny Puppy's Greater Wrong Of The Right to break in speakers, running my map as a giant stereo.

Correction: My P-Bass with the tone rolled off, tuned to BEAD, through the big muff would be a speaker breaking machine. |

There is only one proper thing to do when presented with a downtuned bass guitar and a fuzz pedal, and that's jam on some Black Sabbath. |
