Piece of shit just let a massive virus take control of my laptop. In my lulzy fashion,I reopened the webpage in firefox and firefox was smart enough to block malicious java installations and ask for my permission to install the virus to which I politely declined. Fuck chrome. Oh and it's the scan tool 2011 virus. Brand new thing that came out around October methinks. Ingenius thing that disguises itself as an antivirus and updates itself when you attack it, treats your regular antivirus as a virus, and prevents you from opening task manager. I am currently fucking it in the ass in safe mode. Oh eayh, iPhone etc |

But Chrome is optimal for surfing pr0n. Well, until your computer gets an STD I suppose. I'm using Firefox too. :q |

I have chrome on this laptop because it's 5 years old and has trouble on firefox with weak wireless connections. Plus chrome is faster, which makes a difference on this laptop. 2ghz dual core, 2 gigs ram, it's old hahaha. Well, looks like the road ahead is firefox only. |

i am now. old setup was chrome for normal browsing, and firefox for forums and gamin (extensions FTW FTW FTW). Now its just firefox for everything |

This entirely. My experience with Chrome was not a positive one. I did not see any upsides to that browser other than "it is slightly different in appearance". The fucking thing also stores a huge ton of data in various parts of your computer. What people see as "it is so fast" is really mostly, in my guess, that it caches tons of site data everywhere. Actually, lots of things about that program pissed me off. I am not a fan of that interpretation of the "Apple-ify It" brand of software development.

Well, really what i mean is, if there is one, it basically won't just be a pretty graphical facelifted version with all of the options hardwired and hidden.

I use chrome and firefox. Just depends on where I am. I prefer Firefox, but I can see why people like Chrome. It is teh pretties. |
