they cracked the headstock and part of the neck on my new charvel. what do i do? do i have to pay for this with my own money? cuz if i do that sucks, have none and wont be able to play my new guitar

Let the seller know, and if your item was insured for shipping, then the shipping co should cover it. |

he is now emailing me saying hes on the phone with ups right now filing a claim, and that he has it insured for $250, and will contact me when he hears from them. i'm thinking it may be insurance fraud, because the case nor the box is damaged. |
