On the 3rd of next month. And I'm stoked, because I'm moving from a 650 sq. ft. sardine can to a proper 1750 sq. ft.x2 story house.  There's a room on the lower floor that is 20'L x 15'w(in the bigger part, it's L shaped) x 10'h. Much jammings will be had in that room. Oh, and it has an attached heated/cooled garage, with a FLOOR DRAIN. Every man's garage needs a floor drain. It's the best place for all the leaked antifreeze and transmission fluid to go.

Work. Lots of it. It was my dad's house and nobody was even trying to take ownership of it, so I stepped in and got them to all sign the deed over to me. That's the super short version anyway. There's still 16 years worth of payments left on it. |
