Hank Azaria is a mind-blowingly talented voice actor. Harry Shearer is god-like in the Christopher Guest stuff, especially Spinal Tap. I really need to work on my vocal flexibility ... |

A lot of the Azaria characters sound somewhat similar at least. The Shearer ones are really all over the fucking map. |

And yeah, i heard a thing on the radio once with whatsisfuck who does the voice of Spongebob Squarepants, and the dude was talking about how he does what he does, and just fucking went off for like five minutes from one end of the vocal spectrum to the other. Totally mindblowingly cool shit. |

Very true, I was kind of surprised to see some of the characters on Shearer's list. Some of them are hard to match-up to his super-low voice ... but I guess that is the point. Also, not the best example, this shit amazes me because I am a huge nerd for this kind of shit: |

Also, I've heard voice acting is one of the most difficult areas of the acting scene to get into due to it being comprised of a relatively small group of people. |
