Post A lesson on carbs from TOS
Carbs are the bodies main source of energy . Carb is basically another word for sugar in simple terms. Everything you eat thats carbs. bread pasta dough, chips , etc As soon as it goes in your stomach, it turns into sugar and you get an immediate insulin spike. You have to burn that energy right away or else unused energy goes into glycogen stores and if theyre full, it turns into fat stores. Fat nurition for your brain and a better source of energy than carbs. Fats give you all your bodies nutrients andhelps all your organs. Fat can turn into fat stores if you over eat them and dont use the energy in a long period of time. Protines are your bidoes building block. It breaks down into amino acids then peptides. Protien is near impossible to turn into fat stores unless theyres pathways created by a large intake so if you eat white meat all day, chances are you wont really gain fat. You just pee them out. Fats and carbs give protein flavor. A lean steak with no fat is rubber. Chicken without breading or some kind of topping is gross. A vagina without hot sauce is gross.
