Also, somewhat related, Lincoln and Washington, cuddling:

Ostensibly, post-coitus.

This is how history should have been recorded.

Telling the truth.

Seriously, how about, no more lies, History?!!

I think humanity is ready, no indeed, i think humanity DESERVES, this accurate repoartage, of the Historical.

Have we not dealt in deceits and fabrications for far too long already?

John Wilkes Booth was no assassin. Lincoln was never shot in the head.

In fact, his skull merely melted, from all of the lasers.

You see, coolant and refrigeration technology was not as developed back then as it is today.

And of course, any laser of great enough magnitude to produce this sort of result:

...was obviously going to need a carefully designed and efficient cooling system to avoid catastrophic failure.

Back then it was a lot of guesswork and blind intuition solutions for engineering. That was just the nature of the beast.

However today, with modern Science we can determine that even the cooling system they devised late in the war was still drastically inefficient and undersized:

Given the technology of the day, that stovepipe should have been easily eight times larger, if it was to have any real chance of adequately venting the heat of those eye lasers to the point that catastrophic failure might have been avoided.

Really it is a true tragedy. With the melting of Lincoln's skull (the sole existing prototype at the time) the technology of the militarized laser, indeed of all lasers, suffered a setback of over a hundred years. Even today the military is still battling to regain that lost ground.

THat's all forrealz. Only recently have I hacked in to the Pantagon and found photos of the true prototype eye laser cooling hat

Yes that is solar powered. Go Green. :nods:

Originally designed with a Briggs and Stratton 2 Stroke 150cc engine, but with all the "Save the Earf" lobbyists it delayed the cooling hat by 16 years.

This thread is glorious. I wish I could find the Something Awful picture of the Civil War regiment standing in front of their elephants.
