Wow yeah got me fucked up haha. This surgery involved reshaping bone sticking anchors in my hip and shit but so much less painful than the shoulder. Recovery time was originally 25 weeks but since they ended up reshaping the ball of my hip and shit it might be longer |

It's only 6 months to get back to 100% which is about half as long as my shoulder surgery was. Right now I can't put any weight whatsoever on it while standing, and sitting kinda hurts. Ice it on and off all day and pop pills, as you can see by my OP  In two weeks I'll be off crutches, something like three months in I start running or something. He told me I could start cycling the day of surgery but uh fuck that |
