This might be overkill for a keyboard stand:

Good times will be had by all. In contrast to the keyboard stand, that's a tub of books it's sitting on:
Image

Basically as it stands now, with random boxes of stuff of unknown provenance off to the side. We keep meaning to take those to Amvets. I'm not sure who all that even belonged to originally. The space has been cleaned up a bit since. But I digress.

Looks like partytimes. :panic:

Also: i approve of cephalopod speaker hats. All speakers should wear them.

There's more clarity and separation while keeping everything big and mean. I can get a lot more going on here, and honestly a lot of it is analog emulation plugins- Master Tape, G Channel, Decapitator, stuff like that. I have Space Designer now with Logic Pro 9, which is a really cool convolution reverb, and the Lexicon stuff... Basically, I can run all the fun stuff on everything and it doesn't tax the system, where before I had to mix down stems and whatnot. It's a massive improvement in what I can make Logic do. I figured the Mortimer Chang track was as good a test as any. There's actually a lot going on there and the recordings are real clean, so there's something to work with re: polishing, and not of the turd variety (which is never cool or fun).

Cool, well if you were goin the same route you did as last time, we would def use it as some sort of " dirty" mix since its nothing like weve ever heard lol.... But the main guy who is mixing / mastering our stuff tends to go for the louder, more in your face pushing the limiter to the max rise record style type stuff...... Best way I can describe it. :eekass:

I like the visual imagery going on there. Putting it into a gigantor server case probably helps with this.

I think it needs more fans.

Could you just, say, mount it all inside of a big box-fan? Or maybe sandwiched between two?

It's actually cooler than room temperature when running.

But no, it does not have enough fans. There's space to mount a few more though.

You could put some sort of beverage cooling device in there :plot:

I have the space. Perhaps it could have Maker's Mark on tap, and sour mix.

I LOLed at this IRL.

I'd also like to add it has some advantage in that it could be cooled to a lower temperature than water. It could also... er, assume a higher temperature than water comparatively, which would be, er, uhhm... a bad thing. :red:

Excellent. Perhaps a couple more plushies are needed, though.
