 They aren't "gummi" like you would expect, not like gummi bears or anything, totally a different beast. The little raspberry knobules are like little glazed sugar balls flavored a solid raspberry. They are one of the finest candies available to mankind. They also dye one's tongue a delightful fuscia when eaten to excess. |

Yeah, i have been huffing my IRL yardberries for the last week or so, about as quick as they become ripe enough. If they were slightly less thorny, i would just let them take over the whole yard.

The thorns keep other people away from your delicious berryhorde. You just need to develop an exceptionally thick hide or a chitinous exoskeleton. Alternately, you could get a proper berry-picking suit:  and one for your dog, too:

Any proper candy store should have them. Lots of candy places sell them bulk style by the pound around here. Occasionally i see them in bags like the picture i poasted, but usually i see them repackaged in clear boxes sort of like this: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Z8MX0zqle4U/T ... hi+006.JPG at pharmacy type stores like CVS and Duane Reed. I don't know what the equivalent would be in Canuckistan.
