Everything about this skate part is a win. I just came across it after like 5 years of not watching it. The music, skating, filming , quality, everything about this part is gold. Fuk I wish I could still skate like I used to.

When i was 13-14, it was all about Rubbish Heap.

Basically back then i wanted to BE a combination of these two doods, skate-wise:





It is so funny, how little money there was in skateboarding back then. It is fucking massive these days compared. Buying decks/wheels/trucks/bearings was a total pain in the ass back then, there were just no stores that carried that stuff.

And before rollerblading hit hard, nice sealed bearings were insanely expensive too. I used to run the half-sealed ones that you had to grease up all the time. :lol:

When I was 14 I was far more concerned about straightening my hair and applying my eye makeup than skateboarding.

That fucker is probably directly tied to the continual and repetitive destruction of my ankle that would eventually see me have to stop riding. :mad:
