Reads a little like it was written by a Brit.

I also love the section on British military women. That they had to put it that way speaks volumes to how fucked up and misogynistic American culture was at that time.

Best part is how the whole thing implies repeatedly(not saying it is entirely without reason) that Americans are a bunch of pricks with no common sense or tact.
