Oh, right, their first one for the major label. It is okay, the earlier records are just so much better. I do like that they kept with the sheep theme for the covers though. |

I think you're just hyper-sensitive to change, Chris. Clearly the progressive elements on this album are a little... "beyond you". This was clearly an older, more mature Bacon Down South on this record. I think you need to take that into account.

Yo, it is not "beyond me", bitch. A group of musicians simply does not "mature" as fast as these guys supposedly did in the what, all of a year, between this one and the previous. Less than a year even. That shit just screams "ghost writer with a pile of pro studio players" to me. And really, that is just supported by the fact that they can barely even KIND OF play this shit live. Maybe they should be fucking touring with the studio hired guns who actually recorded the record, eh? Or at least, perhaps with the protools engineer who fucking "fixed" it? The fact is, this record is hardly the product of the doods who make up Bacon Down South. Just, i guess that looks better on the cover than "Nameless Session Musicians" or "Pro-tools"(which would probably represent a copyright infringement on Avid, anyhow).
