 FREE AT LAST FREE AT LAST, THANK BELT ALMIGHTY.... WE ARE GETTING THE FUCK OUT OF MYRTLE BEACH. And going to Raleigh, NC. Which, doesn't sound like a big improvement, but if you have been to both areas you would understand why I am excited. Plus, there's a few companies there I wouldn't mind working for: http://epicgames.com/http://redstorm.com/http://www.ea.com/Amongst other smaller indie studios. Plus, who wouldn't want to live an area that derives it's name from this fine gent:

Friday night we got into town late and decided to head downtown to find beer and french fries. We wandered into a bar, and what do you know we stumbled into a metal show. Good times were had.

I find that so funny, having lived in NY & LA, there no way in hell you could possibly not have an apartment but prepare to move then look for a an apt and move in the next weekend. Remembering LA, I think it was more like spend a month looking for a place, get approved, then finally talk about moving in within 2 months.
When buying my house here on Long Island we had agreed on a price in August, we finally closed on Dec 15th.....
