I think you mean "when", and as it is basically in Long Island, aka Tor's general back yard, i would say, that yes indeed it would make a proper location for the visiting. I hope they are successful in their bid to purchase and clean up, the location. If it is successful enough an effort, i hope that they will be able to rebuild the death ray and take over the state.
