Re: Joseph That pic was a while ago, actually 93 days between those pics. "after" pic was144 lbs. Right now I'm try to gain some mass slowly so I am around 155. Not going to go any higher in weight. Actually start coaching a new round of the "challenge" on Monday.

Re: Joseph Actually I just checked that pic, that was just before I blew out my leg and had cybertronics installed. I have tightened up a lot since, also had dropped down to 139 at one point. Feel much better and healthier now. I think I look much better now.
