 Gigged again (tonight) I played lead bourbon.
Well I sat in again with my singer on his other band, looks like I will be doing this a bit, we all get a long and it's fun. I did that same set I did last time and just winged about 10 more songs this time, worked out real well, and looks like we will be doing an acoustic show (just the singer and me) at this locale.
Oh I used the Reverend and the Bug V22.

Re: Gigged again (tonight) yeah I was dinking Maker's (top shelf) and they were charging me 7.50 for a maker/rocks, so after a couple I asked for a Jim Beam on the rocks, figured I could use to save the money... they charged me 7.50 for JB also

Re: Gigged again (tonight) Re: the Rev- hot.  Re: Maker's- not bad. It seems to run between $6-8, unless the bartendrix knows and likes you and gives it to you for $4. I know a few of these. I like them. Fail on the Beam on their part, though. Cheers on the new-ish gig!

Re: Gigged again (tonight) I haven't played one of the newer ones, this one I have is the older American Rev made of their phenolic bodies. I do like the look of some of the newer ones though.

Re: Gigged again (tonight) On a vaguely related note, I may have a free bottle of Maker's coming to me courtesy of someone who used to work at our now deceased punk/goth club. He doesn't drink and the thing has probably been sitting at his house for at least four years.
