Memorial Day Weekend, 1968. Mick and Keith are laying around, writing for their new album and bouncing between coke and opium, when they both take one bump too many. Death appears and drags them to the Gates of Hell. Lucifer greets them and hears their pleas for life; they come to an agreement. They have 90 days to produce a hit song about Satan himself. 'Sympathy For the Devil' is written, recorded, and becomes the 2nd hit single from Beggar's Banquet. In the usual trickster style, Satan's deal is double-edged - while they were allowed to live, their bodies will continue to age but they will NEVER die.
