You are bulletproof, or you can become invisible. If you are invisible, you are not bulletproof. If you are bulletproof, you cannot become invisible and can still be killed by other means. Go.

There are so many crushy fally ways to get unalive that i think going with invisible just would seem to offer the greatest likelihood of advantageousness.

Provided, that is, that it is a proper invisible, i.e. no heat signature, no radar/sonar, and ideally, no weight, etc. Proper ghost shit is what i am aiming for here.

yes invisibilty. I have yet needed to be bulletproof but I could ave done great things if I were invisible at times.

Hrmm... I would have to rate invisible as can't be seen by non-magical means. Must be detected by physical contact; cannot be seen. Not ethereal; still with physical substance and thus can manipulate objects in the physical world. Just, can't be seen doing it. No walking through walls here, but cannot be detected. The downside: an axe to the face still works. The plus side: unless they have superpowers, that's a lucky shot.
