If it's in good shape you could concieveably ask for more- and maybe even get it. (Again, don't know Canadian prices on Mesa stuff or how quick you need to flip it.) That being said, if it really must move, "$500 firm, no haggling, no trades" or something to that effect could get it out the door pretty quick. |
