It was made as a betting platform for tournaments but they leave it running AI when there is nothing running for folk to bet on. It picks AI at random an most of the user submitted characters are hilariously broken. One of of the characters is battlestar galactica and another uses Obamas as a projectile weapon. In the last round I watched robocop teabagged a small girl.
It's worth a viewing for a few minutes if you like 2D fighters and broken video games.
