Dennis Rondum (Drummer/Vocalist, Spawn Of Possession);
Incredibly fast drummer, incredibly fast vocalist.
Very unique approach to tech death drumming.

Jimmy Chamberlain (Drummer, Smashing Pumpkins);
So awesome, so subtle, so tasteful.

Chris Squire (Bassist, Yes);
Amazing bassist, amazing tone.
This guy may be my favorite rock bassist of all time.

Neither get as much credit as I think they should.

They do my son. Yes is extremely popular and anyone in smashing pumpkins deserves to be put on a fucking pedestal.

Hm, I just don't hear much talk about Chris Squire.
:idk:

And yes, Smashing Pumpkins rape shit.

I agree with all your choices Cam.

SoP are so pwnt without Rondum. They have a new guy but he is nothing like Rondum.

I will also suggest Allan Holdsworth. Although those who do recognize his talents do not by any means underplay them... he does not get the recognition he deserves.

The guitarist from Disgorge is pretty much the master at what he does, ie confounding endless br00tal riffs that are tracked insanely tight and impossible for most anyone to enjoy... so good for him. :D

Pete Sandoval! He was one foot blasting at alarming speeds and intensity since the mid eighties with Terrorizer! It's amazing that it took him this long to break down!

Rondum rapes so fucking hard..
So spastic and crazy.
He would destroy in a crazy slam band.

Also, Sandoval is a really good one.

Sean Malone should get more recognition, as well.

Yuss...

There's clips from the Slaughter tour where he fucks up and the entire band trips. :o

My friend has a live Cradle of Filth DVD and he wasn't bad. But still, like, nothing great.

Edit: His brother is much bettar. :o

Raymond Watts needs more love for his bassy-ass voice.

And I could put Lucia in the other thread. :monocle: Oh, but I like her anyway.
