This. Also, i couldn't imagine not bringing a guitar anywhere i moved. My drums, bass, keyboards, pedals, etc, i can and have left behind/in storage when i moved, but i need at least one geetar with me, even if it is one of the crappy cheepo 3/4 scale ones.

| I wanted to see what the situation down here was before I decided which guitar and what stuff to bring. Besides, before I hurt my hip I was playing 4-5 hours of piano a day anyway, and music is music to me as long as I get to play SOME instrument

Thinkin of bring a very condensed version of my studio. Seems like what I'm missing most are my orchestral MIDI shit. I'm at PLU in Tacoma, pretty cool little school with a really good music program |

 I feel you could get at least a nice MIDI Keyboard setup going so you can continue to compose and such. That is, if you are working with a small space. I am assuming you are dorming it? |

Yeahh we got a DECENT amount of space. I bet I could get a MIDI keyboard set up on my desk, get my speakers and sub up a bit for more space, and still fit my laptop. That'd be some shit. |

Well, I started lessons up when I got here and was working through a Beethoven sonata and some other things and my teacher was gonna start me on a Bach keyboard concerto that I would have the opportunity to perform with an orchestra at the end of the year... so yeah no rawk  I need to get my guitar and a midi keyboard. I'm gonna do composition lessons next semester for a couple credits and I wanna start making electronic music too. And I need to rawk hardcore. |

Yeah fucking shoulder surgery, that EP is seriously gonna be a year late. I have a lot of ideas floating around though, it's gonna be fun to do a one man project again once I get everything going. I have conceded to the fact that I enjoy playing piano more than guitar though  Although I think I don't necessarily enjoy actually playing any instruments, I kind of view them all as vehicles. I don't really consider myself a guitarist like I once did
