Very curious to hear how it sounds. You should do a before and after clip if you have any clips before you sent it to him.

I don't have any clips of the amp using the equipment I would have after the amp will be done.

If you have never heard a SF Bassman, it is a a very clean amp. With the Normal and Bass Channels bridged and the channel volumes maxed you could get some nice breakup out of it, but other than that it was mostly the "bell-like" c. It has been described as "sterile" sounding in that it really does not have a lot of color to the tone.

Well, that is good news. Hopefully it goes well from this point on.

Zach is currently building a rackmount amp for someone (no details on the model, but that sounds like it would be beastly) that is taking a little longer than he thought. At least he seems to know what all he wants to do to my amp, so it is just a matter of him having time to work on it.

Luckily, he suspects it will only be about a couple of sessions (~10 hours bench time) to finish the amp. If he manages to get one session in a week, I should have my amp back early-to-mid November.

I'll believe it when I see/hear it.
