Pepper bits moastly. Shit is superduper. A fair bit less violent than the regular Sriracha also.

Violent is okay; I've got some Dave's Ultimate Insanity and some crazy habañero sauces kicking about. But a more general-purpose sauce I can just slather everything in is spiffy!

And on the subject of spicybits, I ran across this recently and have been meaning to try it:

A couple years ago I found what was the equivalent of putting 15 jalapenos in a blender on sautee for an hour at a dollar store... that stuff was pretty fucking awesome.

my current cock sauce is not my fave, I may try to hunt this one down. I too don't mind violently hot sometimes, but for general application I like a lot of flavor without the violins. Habanero have their place, just not coming out of my ass every fucking day.

I concur. I've killed a third of the bottle I think. It is Good Shitte, officially. 'S got a bit of a zing to it that the Tabasco doesn't; it has a fair bit more character to it and is very good.

I have not had the arbol chile sauce yet. I need to make something for it to go on. This may wait as I have an out-of-town gig tomorrow and do not want to risk anything that may send me running off with flaming as I don't know how that particular one will affect me. I think I may just stick with plain old harmless pizza and wine this eve. I can't be arsed preparing anything anyhoo; I have too much work to do now that I have time to get back on my recordproducing.

The chipotle Cholua is still officially fuckin' goodstuff.

The arbol chile sauce... I don't like. Yes, it's tangy and has a zing to it, but it's not a zing I'm into. It's almost medicinal or something. I had some last night, and I am not impressed. Perhaps I shall gift it to someone.
