I actually have been reading a lot of old articles from Esquire lately.

Esquire used to be so fucking good.

It's a trilogy. Got the first for 5$ at a used book store. The second I got for 20$ at Chapter's. The third is brand new and I was hooked, so I shelled out 40$ for the hardcover at Indigo. :red:

You would, you bastard.

I wish to be a horror writer.
:idk:

Reading the work of the most successful one of all time doesn't seem like such a bad idea.

I am not a horror genre person in general.

Movies, books or otherwise.

He is good (sometimes), I just hate him.

I am very much a horror person.
Writing it for me is ideal as I already have this weird innate ability to describe horrific things in great detail.
I also experience aural and visual hallucinations all the time, both sober and high.
These often inspire little bits and details of my narratives.

Hit or miss, usually miss, but that comes with someone being prolific, generally speaking.

I haven't read him in years, to be honest, but I thought Dreamcatcher (the book, NOT THE MOVIE) was good, and liked From A Buick 8. And that was the last time I read Stephen King. I have a bit of an affection for The Stand and Needful Things, but that was many years ago. I read all of Stephen King and Dean Koontz up until my sophomore year of high school, literally their entire catalogs up until that point. Only a handful of things after that, but there were a few good ones, as per the aforementioned.

Cam, do you like violence? Try Stephen Hunter.
