I was gonna get the standard but this guy popped up on Reverb with a bag and alll the goodies with free shipping from NYC. So I said "Hey about [the price for a standard] and don't worry about shipping" and picked it up patch cables and alll the next day.

It's a blast.

I've mostly been just messing around with it, but I am actually diggin a lot of the bass sounds I am getting out of it. I usually drop one octave and crank the sub overtone. Lots of triangle and square waves with a wide pulse width and the LFO absolutely cranked. Got sort of an old school video game bass lead sound.

Actually I started writing a classic video game inspired song, maybe I will post the bassline up here?
