Just thought I'd throw a little guitar porn up in here. My bud Paul made this guitar for my friend Fred.
25.5" scale length through neck les paul. It pretty much plays like a superstrat and the upper fret access is insane.. Its frigging awesome. Depending on work contracts I might get him to make me an explorer as I'm jonesing for another one.

I'm not entirely sure as he used some fancy stuff in the neck part (possibly bubinga) to make it totally solid. I'll find out.

Geoff you should be the guitar making guy, that way you could make us all super fly axes. Plus you haz a way with making teh silky guitars. Well except Crhis is also the guitar making guy because he can make anything.

That bass took seven years to make. And I cut a couple corners. And at two points I paid other people to cover steps in the process. My customers would generally be disappoint. :snax:
