I used it Saturday night sitting in with a friends band. Does what you would expect and more. Piezo was really nice for that acoustic flavor, I didn't run it directly through the FOH for that, but I was just sitting in, didn't feel like I should get all prima donna-like asking for multiple ins etc... The piezo sounded good through the clean channel of a new little amp I just traded for, I will make a thread for that as well. I used the piezo at home direct in, sounds very nice, like a plugged in acoustic. Will come in real handy for gigs that I don't want to lug an acoustic to, Like the GnR stuff.

just put on some Gotoh SD 91 (Kluson type) tuners on it. I really like the beefier new style tuners better, but tried these out since they would fit. Hard as hell to turn, but they have a nice 15:1 ratio and feel much sturdier than that stock MIM tuners.

Ordered a Bill Lawrence Noisefree instead of a keystone. I wanted to try it out.

I am still amazed at the prices Wilde charges for their pickups. I was looking at a few trades and used pups and the noisefree was $52.00 US. Wasn't even a question. Best tele pups I've heard and still about the cheapest. Well this is my first time trying the noisefree. Will render a review when I get it installed.

Yeah I'm looking forward to that review. Lawrence won't be around forever, get 'em while it's good.
