well I traded my LP junior about 2 months ago because I never used it. I got $300 cash and a 72 Tele Custom RI (which I sold last week for 420) so I did well.

I miss having the junior so I bought a body & neck from Stratosphere. this one:

and having tuners, pots, etc... all laying around I picked up a Gibby p90 amd pickguard...

Wilkinson wraptail and those are TonePros locking studs

here is the work in progress:

yeah, love the junior in TV yellow. I had one in red but not gloss... my guitars need to be gloss, then I dull them... don't want this fancy faded shit.

It might be because I was sorta raised on Green Day, but that too is one of my favorite guitar designs. Fucking radical. :huzzah:

I don't really have much p90 sperience. :idk:

For regular LPs though, i am way into the 50s wiring. I like it to stay a bit bright when the volume is rolled off so that worked the best for me wif humbuckers anyhow. It was funny because before i did it i didn't think it would make much difference, but it totally did for me.

OH HEY, T, i have one of these lying around if you want to do it classy:

Pulled it out of an old radio years ago. If i am reading the stripes right, it is 0.033uF, which is i believe the correct vintage value. I also have a couple .047s if you like it darker.

If you want it for yer Jr, i will mail it to ye right away.

Aw, actually it looks like the o.g. value is actually a .022. Oh well, if you want the .033 or a .047 anyhow, its yours.

sure I will try that. yeah I was thinking 50's was the way to go. I have a gig saturday and a practice with a sit in band on monday so I am a few days away from getting back into the working on the junior

this one has the zero fret...

it seems ok to me so far. I like that I can adjust it on the fly.
