Maybe this link will work for you? Not showing up on my biz. Here's a direct link if anything: https://imgur.com/a/COGeKS4

Threw a Fralin Blues Special in the neck, had to jerry-rig the whole casing thing to fit the typical humbucker sized single coil case on the WRHB style. Just uh, used the soldering iron to burn little holes in the plastic for lack of a small drill.. :red:

Does pretty much everything I could ask out of a rock guitar now with the aftermarket The Creamery deal in the bridge. Middle position sounds pretty awful but the singled out pickups sound fantastic. WRHB bridge is a sound I can 100% vibe with and I've been really craving a strat neck position option.

Things pretty dang mean for sure, I feel like I've made a huge mistake not spending more time with strat neck into fuzz before this guitar, it rocks. Unfortunately though I've been pretty much solely been playing bass since getting this badboy set up so it's been getting neglected.

I highly approve of the pickup mounting bodgery!

How do you like that Fralin?

I have *almost* bought sets of their pickups so many times. Always end up going for cheaper alternatives. Always kind of think i should have gone for the fralins instead. :red:

I like it, seems to be on the brighter side versus some strats I have played, which is cool with me. Still has that kinda glassy spank with taut bottom scoop sound but on the chimey side or atleast with brand new strings, I don't think I've played any strats that were freshly set up. Definitely checks out as a nice strat sound in my book though.

Kind of a bummer, we had this goofyass three guitar Lizzy worship band going for a couple months that I'd been using this guitar specifically for and was getting real juiced on my tone with the Marshall. We had together some real damn rockers but our other co-existing band kinda ate it as soon as we began gigging. Hoping to atleast record some of the tracks as I think y'all would get a kick out of them, the goal was to be as righteously cheesedick rocking as possible and I think we hit the mark pretty hard.

It is this thing, Rabbitkeeper: https://cryingmanrecords.bandcamp.com/a ... man-shield

Now our good pal, Josh, who has drummed for a couple bands I've recorded/loved (Tangler, MOIST, Bog Bodies) is behind the kit and it's working out very well and we've been gigging like a motherbitch, had 3 gigs the other week. Tunes are heading into a kind of Shudder To Think-y angle as Alex and I have been beating Pony Express Record to death for the past year or so. Should be recording an EP of that stuff in August.

Reallyreally though, we gotta get that rock thing recorded just so it does not get lost to time.

Do share! :eyebrows:

Something about even the cheaper Teles tends to always feel solid to me, as well. Seems to just be a hard guitar to fuck up.
