oh not at you... I may have to ask for some wiring help.. I looked briefly yesterday and could not find a diagram for what I was looking for.

My Mexi-tele I have a full hum in the neck and I got the rail for the bridge (GFS) I also got a 500k push/pull because I want to split the rail, I'm not really interested in splitting the hum at the neck.

I would like to run 2 volumes and use the push/pull on the rail, of course with a 3 way tele switch, but I've not found a proper wiring diagram for it.

I was trying to get the guitar to practice last night so I was wiring it up quickly for 1 vol 1 tone splitting both pups, but I failed and didn't have tin\me to even troubleshoot so I will be trying that later. I would prefer 2 vol though.

I was trying to use a cross of the Seymour Duncan wiring scheme for 2 vols no tone and 1 sc(here), 1 hum, push/pull pot (here) but the wiring is different enough on these two that I stopped before I could fuck something up

any thoughts? I am going to look around the net see if someone else haz a diagram for this

hmmm I'm thinking this may work, take off the tone and just use the push pull on the bridge.

Heyo, i am on a pretty touch and go 'borrowed' internets here. So i cannot locate and post a link, BUT one of the best places to looks for all kinds of screwy geetar diagrams, is seymour duncans support page. Lots of very clear and properly done wiring schemes for lots of different setups. Check the list they have there. If you don't see what you are looking for, then i will check in later today/tonight, and if necessary, i can try to draw something up for you to use. :huzzah:

This. That should i think be what you want, yo.

If it yields failure, i think i can try something else for it though? Let us know if it delivers victory to you. :huzzah:

I'm very close.... I get the split and position 1 and 3 work, but I'm getting nothing in the middle, but I am dumb when it comes to these tele switches, I've never had to deal with them much, so I will read a bit on these 3 ways and take it from there, I'm on the brink of this.

After this I am planning on fashioning a nuclear reactor with a roll of duct tape, 2 paper clips and a thong.

I may have to borrow one of Geoff's thongs for that though. :unstrung:

ahh, I got it, I made a small error in my diagram but mad the adjustment and it it fucking delishus. Chris, I love this lil crunchy rails, fucking super sweet. the 59 (GFS) in the neck is perfect match for it. I haz no need for tone, if I want to tame the bright I run both pups an add a little of the neck pup. I have a gig Saturnight in which I shall run this fucker through it's paces.
