I consider the midrange to be what dictates the speaker as bright... a 75 is dark in that compared to V30s it has a big hole in the high mids. But that huge spike in the V30's high mids is what makes them sit so nicely in most mixes... and I'll agree with you on the V30 top end note... there isn't really much content above 3k with those speakers.


My Texas Heats are out for delivery today. :panic:
