Is that going to be a 1x or a 2x? I really enjoy that smallcab/head format.

A 112 with an emi cannabis rex. The head is made in a JTM45 chassis for reference. Still deciding on grill cloth as I've found a supplier with a decent range now which complicates things  Should get the thing stained next week. Going with a dark green with a burst.

What did you wind up going with for 1x12 dimensions?

Cant remember the exact dimensions but it something like 23" wide which is pretty big for a 112 but I think small 112 cabs look shity. Its open back anyway so its not overly heavy.
The cloth has been settled: Oxblood.

Ah, its dimensions are right in the ballpark of this one then:

Which is just a tad over 23" the long way, and looks similar in height and depth ratio-wise.

I think i used the dimensions for an Award-Sessions cab that someone poasted at one of the amp forums once. Mine i think i made deeper by an inch or two though than what they listed. It is a pretty good sounding cab, though currently, mine houses the worst Crate speaker ever, and i use it with my GX-15R as my main "quiet amp".

ALSO.

The place you mention with lots of grillcloths. Do they have atypical ones?

Specifically, i am looking for anyone who has shit like this:

Which came on an old Zenith hi-fi, and i love and want more of.

Creme, brown, and little strands of metallic gold. Sounds like a weird combo, but looks awesome in person on a cab.

Yeah thats about the size of it.
Just your standard marshall and fender stuff unfortunately. That is some pretty sweet looking cloth though.

Made a slightly better clip using a VH100R. Why do all rehearsal rooms have shitty lighting? I suppose it hides the carpet :red:

What is the guitar bit that opens that video? Is that from something? Or just offthetopoftheheadness? It sounds a lot like a warmup thing i came up with to try to get my string skipping with a pick less retarded.

That video is much better for sure. Sounds burly.

Straight up drunken octopus boxing burly. :dukes:
