Got tor's old RD cabinet with 2x10s in it today. Minus one speaker cable being loose (ZOMG) it arrived in good condition, despite the obvious abuse the box took. Most notably, the gigantic hole ripped into the side of it  The Vox Lil' Night Train fucking loooves it. Might make some clipzzz today, but I will mos def snap some new rig shots in a little bit. |

That sounds like a fun tone to spank some single coils to, fo sho. Bright and crunchy.  I never got the hang of the dynamic up close and a condenser a few feet away thing. Always had phase issues... |

Yeah this one has some phasing issues. I need to move the 990 a bit closer to the speaker, I usually don't have it pulled that far back but I was experimentin'. I might get it right up on the speaker next time. Maybe put it 6" back.
Thank ye. Yeah, this is one of my earlier songs with a bit of tweaks. It almost requires you beat the shit out of your guitar as you play it. I like beating the shit out of guitars

glad it got there ok. Those fuckers and their roughing up boxes. I think they were probably just angry that it weighed like 20 lbs. Postal Workers do not like Postal Work.  clips is gooder! |
