http://daedsound.com/disturbo.htm This seems pretty nifty. Actually, everything I've seen on their site so far seems nifty. |

Hmm, i missed this thread. That looks an awful lot like at least one of the well known DS-1 mods. Particularly the sub bass and oscillation modes. The modded DS-1 does an okay fuzz sort of sound, and the sub-bass things is kind of cool, though not really very controllable. For controllable crazy fuzz/oscillation, a fuzz factory is a lot better, IMO. BUT, a fuzz factory doesn't have very much low end to it. As an aside, i wonder if it is moddable for more... probably. Also, i have one of those roland drum machines. It is fucking terrible. Actually, i let a friend of mine who does electronics noise music, borrow it. I may not see it again. Actually, you can hear what he uses it for on the second two songs (Vacuum Soul, Guaranteed Obsoletion) here: http://www.myspace.com/nonstopbombings ALso also, he has a modded DS1(sub bass mod, fuzzmod) on pretty much all of those songs that provides a bunch of the oscillator sounds.
